Yangon International School is a co-educational, private, college preparatory school located in Yangon, Myanmar. It was established in 2004, and now has close to 600 students pre-k to grade 12. The first class graduated in 2009. Most students are Burmese nationals. The school is WASC accredited, as well as under the umbrella of ISS and uses curriculum similar to schools in the United States, including AP classes for grades 10-12.
We welcome visits from college admission representatives (no agency representatives please, unless accompanied by a representative from the college as well).
